This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the Accused No.3, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.249 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.356 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram.
