O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has borrowed a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- two years ago from one Balu @ Balasubramaniyan. Subsequently, he has paid the entire amount with interest, but the said Balu is demanding exorbitant interest and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 02.12.2017, but so far, no action has been taken.

same was closed on 24.01.2018 as the matter is relating to money transaction.
