2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Further, after completing the investigation, Charge Sheet was also filed against the petitioners before the concerned Court.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.
