This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent Temple to issue fresh Marriage Certificate and translate the Marriage Receipt No.287/2015 in English for the marriage held on 08.04.2015 at A/m. Ramalingaswamy Sivagami, Ambal Thirukoil, Panagudi, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2023 in person and on 06.01.2024 through post.
2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that the request of the petitioner for issuance of a translated copy of the Marriage Receipt No.287/2015 for the marriage held between the petitioner and her husband C.Ratheesh on 08.04.2015 will be considered and a translated Marriage Receipt will be issued provided the petitioner furnishes all documents in original.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to issue suitable Certificate as prayed for subject to the petitioner furnishing all required documents, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
