O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that 20 cases have been filed against the petitioner herein and in some of the cases, the petitioner was acquitted and now, for eking out his livelihood, he went to Tiruppur and where he is working in the Garment Company. But the second respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner, even though no fresh case has been registered against him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that since the petitioner is a History Sheeter, his residential address should be given to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, but without informing the second respondent, he shifted his address to Tiruppur and only for that purpose, he was called and he was not subjected to any harassment. 4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to inform his present residential address to the second respondent. Further, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without registering any fresh case.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
