ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge of Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, by his order, dated 06.09.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.3000 of 2017 into one to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate of Padmanabhapuram, weekly once at 2.30 p.m., on Tuesday or any other day of the week.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent / Police submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed in this Crime number on 11.11.2017.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petition to modify the condition is not necessary. Accordingly, the earlier order passed by the learned Sessions Judge of Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, dated 06.09.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.3000 of 2017 is hereby fully relaxed. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all future hearing dates without fail on receipt of summons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
