ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.07.2014 for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420 @ 120(B) IPC and Section 5 of TANPID Act in Crime No.03 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. On 19.08.2014, this Court granted interim bail to the petitioner on condition that he shall settle the matter with the complainant before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Accordingly, the petitioner came out on bail and the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the Mediation and Conciliation Centre has sent a failure report dated 18.12.2014. Under such circumstances, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Magistrate and thereafter, he is permitted to file a second bail application before this court. The police shall take the petitioner into custody, if he does not surrender forthwith.
