This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to look into the petitioner's representations dated 21.11.2023 and 10.01.2024 and conduct detailed preliminary enquiry against the 4th respondent and erring 4th respondent Bank officials.

2. When the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the representations of the petitioner enquiry has been conducted and charge sheet has been laid in C.C.No.37 of 2025.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
