ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.S.JOHNNY BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.D.SADIQ RAJA, learned Counsel accepts Notice on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble The Chief Justice] The learned Counsel for the petitioners/appellants, says that under 'No Fault Liability', the petitioners/appellants are willing to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only). The total amount determined, as per the impugned order, is Rs.4,25,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand only). 2. In view of the above, the petitioners/appellants are directed to deposit the total compensation of Rs.4,25,000/- (Rupees
Four Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand only) within four weeks from today before this Court. Out of this amount, a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only), be released unconditionally to the respondent and the balance sum of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand only) be released to the respondent, subject to furnishing an undertaking for restitution, in case, verdict goes in favour of the petitioners/appellants.
