Considering the limited scope of prayer, recording the above submission, the 1st respondent is directed to pass final orders in respect of the petitioner's community status, which is pending in File No.21197/CV/4(2)/2010-6, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
