ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to submit the final report in Crime.No.46/2017 on the file of the Pappanadu Police Station, Tanjavur District to the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, Tanjavur District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed within twelve weeks.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime.No.46 of 2017 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
