This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.NO.457/2012 on his file as expeditiously as possible.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai to disposed of C.C.No.457/2012, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
