ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.8 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month to the defacto complainant from 01.05.2018 onwards. 3.This Court heard the learned counsel for the intervenor. absolute. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The condition earlier imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
