ORDER:- This Revision/Appeal Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif , Melur in D.NO.276/2021 dated 07/07/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Babu Rajendran, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:
The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".
2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 11.03.2020 has directed the learned District Munsif, Melur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.44 of 2019, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Subsequently, on the request of the learned District Munsif, the time was extended twice and lastly, vide order dated 03.02.2021, granting three months further time.
3. The learned District Munsif has submitted a requisition letter, dated 07.07.2021 stating that the trial could not be completed due to the pendency of Interlocutory Applications and seeks time.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that arguments were already advanced and the matter stands adjourned to 28.07.2021 for Judgment.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the Trial Court.
