ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J) The writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to accord necessary permission to build a public toilet in S.F.No.82/4 and S.F.No.126/2 situated at Aaviyur and Arasakulam village, Kariapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the funds of petitioner's trust for the welfare and usage of devotees visiting Pudhumai Udaiya Ayyanar & Karuppasamy Temple maintained by petitioner's trust based on the representation, dated 10.03.2021.

2.Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents has produced a proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 03.03.2022, wherein, the request of the petitioner temple seeking construction of a public toilet in the land, which is being used as pathway by the agriculturists, has been rejected.

3.In view of the same, the Mandamus sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
