Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned auction notification dated 11.01.2022 published in Tamil Vernacular Daily namely Thinathandhi in Dindigul Edition on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to re-schedule the loan and grant fresh loan to the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2021.

[Made by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.] Learned advocate for the contesting parties i.e., including the respondent Bank have jointly submitted that, the dispute pertaining to the amount asked for from the petitioner is already settled and therefore no proceedings would remain between the parties in that regard and therefore this petition would not survive.
