ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Sessions Judge, Dindigul,to dispose the case in Cr.M.P.No.19 of 2012 on the file of the learned District Sessions Judge, Dindigul within a time fixed by this Court.
2. It is seen from the records that the petition is pending for more than 4 1⁄2 years, without admitting and without directing the notice. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to list the matter for admission still now. 3.It clearly shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the case. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, these Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
