ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requsition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, (Magisterial level), Kovilpatti vide letter in D.No.183/2020 dated 03.07.2020, this Court made the following order: By order dated 05.02.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Calender Case in C.C.No.78/2013, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.183/2020, dated 03.07.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 05.02.2020, made in this Criminal Original Petition.
