This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.02.2018.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted. During enquiry, the petitioner herein has appeared and gave a written statement that no further action need to be taken on his complaint and hence, the said complaint was closed on 28.02.2018. 3.Recording aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
