ORDER
This Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.12.2017.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proposed accused persons have conspired and they have fabricated the Will, in order to grab the entire properties of the petitioner's father. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 18.12.2017. Since no action has been taken on the same, the petitioner filed this present petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the dispute is purely civil in nature. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals that any cognizable offences is made out, he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law within a period of two weeks. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
