Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.131 of 2019 pending on the file of the third Respondent and to entrust the same to the fourth Respondent for investigation of the case and to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.131 of 2019 pending on the file of the third Respondent and to entrust the same to the fourth Respondent for investigation of the case and to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1287 of 2020 Crime No.131 of 2019 pending on the file of the third respondent and to entrust the same to the fourth respondent for investigation, it would suffice that the direction may be issued to the second respondent to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a direction to the second respondent to monitor the investigation in Crime No.131 of 2019 and the third respondent shall complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
