PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to directing the respondent Nos.3 to 5 not to interfere into the civil dispute by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.02.2018.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd to 5th respondents not to interfere into the civil dispute.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the fifth respondent against the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.01.2018. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
