The son of the petitioner aged 19 years alleged to have been missing since 26.12.2022 has returned home and joined with the petitioner. The second respondent police, therefore, has closed the complaint registered in C.S.R.No.897 of 2022, dated 27.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the detenu has returned home, nothing survives in this petition.
