O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.11.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused is the husband of the petitioner and during subsistence of the earlier marriage the proposed accused has conducted second marriage and also caused cruelty to the petitioner by demanding dowry. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 23.11.2017, but so far, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 21.12.2017.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
