The petitioner has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw I.A.No.1673 of 2022 in I.D.O.P.No.Nil of 2022, pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection for transferring I.A.No.1673 of 2022 in I.D.O.P.No.Nil of 2022 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai, to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli. However, he prays for early disposal.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed, by directing transfer of I.A.No.1673 of 2022 in I.D.O.P.No.Nil of 2022 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai, to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli. The learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli, shall dispose of I.A.No.1673 of 2022 in I.D.O.P.No.Nil of 2022 as expeditiously as possible and thereafter, number the I.D.O.P. and proceed further.
