ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the charge sheet No.114/2014 dated 08.03.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent and consequential summon issued by the 2nd respondent in M.C.No.A1/248/2014 dated 12.03.2014.

2.On a bare perusal of the summons issued by the 2nd respondent, who is inclined to proceed under Section 107 Cr.P.C., reveals that not even a prima facie satisfaction for such proceedings have been arrived at by him. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Accordingly, the charge sheet No.114/2014 dated 08.03.2014 on the file of the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent and consequential summon issued by the 2nd respondent in M.C.No.A1/248/2014 dated 12.03.2014 stand quashed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
