2.The petitioner's brother (Karthi @ Karthikeyan) is undergoing life sentence in Central Prison, Trichy. The petitioner seeks 'A' class facility for him. The petitioner's brother / convict is said to have completed M.A.Economics in April 2019 itself. His sentence commenced only on 22.10.2021. The petitioner has given representation dated 06.01.2025 in this regard. 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.1666 OF 2025 3.The jurisdictional DIG is called upon to submit necessary proposal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent will pass order thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
