ORDER

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.No. 1138 of 2021 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the file of the Sub Court, Palani, since she is residing at Palani.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and ready to live with the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to transfer the HMOP to the file of the Sub Court, Dindigul.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is disposed of and the HMOP.No. 1138 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Dindigul, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. Family Court, Madurai is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Sub Court, Dindigul, forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
