O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 31.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Hemalatha entered into a sale agreement with the petitioner for selling an extent of 3 acres 50 cents land for Rs.20,50,000/-. In pursuance of the said agreement, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- as advance. But subsequently, the petitioner came to know that the said Hemalatha had mortgaged the property with third party and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 31.01.2018, but so far, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and during enquiry, the petitioner gave a written statement stating that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the matter has been settled and no further action is required on his petition and considering his aforesaid request, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 19.02.2018.

5.Recording the aforesaid Submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
