PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kulithalai to dispose the A.S.No.14 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, 1/4

Kulithalai, as expeditiously as possible, within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Kulithalai to dispose the A.S.No.14 of 2023 pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2.On the ground that the petitioner is aged about 73 years, he wants the matter to be disposed of within a time stipulated by this Court, in view of the fact that the suit has to decreed in view of the admission made by the respondent. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing is to be adjudicated by the appellate Court. 3.In view of the above said submissions, there shall be a direction to the appellate Court, namely the learned Subordinate Judge, Kulithalai, to dispose of the above said appeal in A.S.No.14 of 2023, in view of the above said development, within a period of three months from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
