1.These Petitions are filed:- (i)to condone the delay of 203 days in filing the Petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent(Late Murugayee) in the above Civil Revision Petition.

(ii)to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent (Late Murugayee) in the above Civil Revision Petition and (iii)to permit the Petitioner to bring on record the respondents 2 to 5 herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent(Late Murugayee) and rank them as respondents 2 to 5 in the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the 1/3

materials placed before this Court.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these Petitions and on being satisfied with the same, these Petitions are ordered.

4.Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the cause title of the Civil Revision Petition.
