O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused is the petitioner's husband and he got married another woman during the subsistence of the marriage with the petitioner. He further submitted that now the second respondent is forcing the petitioner to give consent for divorce and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 17.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals that any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
