ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Senior Traftsmanat employee in the transport corporation, challenging the order of transfer from Natham branch to Palani branch.

2. According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, by way of a proceedings dated 25.01.2025, the 1st respondent has chosen to cancel the impugned order. He further submits that the suspension has already been revoked by a proceedings dated 08.12.2024.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submits that he would submit his explanation and face the enquiry. 2/4
