ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the first respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation in crime No.42 of 2012 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent or to some other Investigating Agency and further to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed and the case is at trial stage.

4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court/The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, for appropriate relief.
