ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.117 of 2019 and file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.117 of 2019 is underway and prayed six months time to file a final report. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be in Crime No.117 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
