ORDER

C.M.P(MD)No.637 of 2025 has been filed seeking to extent the time for further period of one month to comply with the interim order granted by this Court, dated 11.12.2024.

2.A perusal of the order of this Court, dated 11.12.2024 reveals that there was a direction to the revision petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- on or before 20.01.2025. The revision petitioners have deposited only a sum of 1/3

Rs.2,00,000/-. Therefore, this Court has granted further time for a period of three weeks on 20.01.2025. So far, the petitioners have not deposited. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that if further time is granted, they will explore the possibility of the settlement and they will deposit the amount also.

4.Considering the above said facts, time is granted till 28.02.2025 to deposit the balance amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in compliance with the order of this Court dated 11.12.2024. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed to the extent as stated above.
