For Petitioner : Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to stay the further proceedings in C.C.No.97, of 2012 and C.C.No.14 of 2013 on the file of the Fast Track Court(Magistrate Level) Karur, pending disposal of the suits in O.S.No.105 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Thanjavur.

2.When the matters were posted for admission, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to list the matters for admission. The matters were pending for more than 4-1/2 years, without admitting the petitions and without directing notice.

to entertain these petitions. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
