Prayer in Crl OP(MD)No.11702 of 2019 Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to direct the first respondent Police to file the Final Report in Crime No.287 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent Police, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed complaining disobedience of the order of this Court dated 26.08.2019 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11702 of 2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that this Court by order dated 26.08.2019, had directed the respondent to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. In due compliance of the order dated 26.08.2019, passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11702 of 2019, the respondent has filed final report on 01.10.2019 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the number has been assigned by the E-Courts only on 08.01.2020.
