The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2025 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District, and transfer the same to the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to the said effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
