ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.674/2017 on the file of the 6th Respondent police to the 9th Respondent, or any other Investigating Agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based upon the investigation, final report was also filed before the concerned Court. Notice was served to the defacto complainant and he was also present with his counsel on 25.03.2021, before the Trial Court and has also submitted that he did not want to proceed the case. Based upon that, case in Crime No.674 of 2017 was closed. So, the question of transfer of investigation, does not arise. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
