ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.89 of 2017 at early.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent herein has registered a case on 21.03.2017 in Crime No.89 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 342 and 307 of I.P.C. But, so far final report has not been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) has submitted that after investigation, charge sheet was filed on 24.08.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur. But, so far the case was not taken on file.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, is directed to verify if already charge sheet

has been filed and then he has to take the case on file, without further delay.

6. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
