Prayer in AS(MD). 133/ 2015 :

To call for the records in O.S.No.40/2013 on the file of the Ist Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi dated 29.01.2015 and allow the appeal by setting aside the judgement and preliminary decree and pass such further or other orders as this Hon ble Court may deem fit proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
