ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for direction a to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.318 of 2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of trial and it is posted for examination of PW.7 and already six witnesses have been examined. 3.Considering the stage of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram is directed to dispose of CC.No.318 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
