O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is constructing his house under the scheme of Bharatha Prathamar Modi Project and also received the bill from the concerned authorities. That being so, one Mariappan and three others have obstructed the petitioners construction. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the third respondent and after the enquiry the aforesaid persons were warned by the third respondent and matter was closed. the fourth respondent taking charge as Inspector of Police, Karivalamvanthanallur police station, he reopened the said matter at the instigation of the said Mariappan and others and harassing the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that one complaint has been received against the petitioner on 08.02.2018 by the fourth respondent and CSR No.68 of 2018 has been issued and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 12.02.2018. Hence the question of harassment does not arise.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
