Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER :- The petitioners, who is arrayed as A1 and A2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(I) and 379(NH) of IPC in Crime No.356 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 31.07.2015 the petitioners and others abused the de-facto complainant and they have attacked by hands and intimidated the de-facto complainant. Hence, the case was registered against the petitioners.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that both of them belonging to the same village and they are relatives. He further submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that A3, A4 and A5 were arrested and remanded to the Judicial custody. The petitioners are not involved in any other case. 5.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioners is ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, and each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m until further ordersw. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7.
