ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case for alleged offences, based on the complaint dated 12.01.2015 of the petitioner and investigate the same. The petitioner has preferred the present petition, seeking a direction to register the case as the second respondent has failed to do so.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) representing the respondents submitted that the complaint has not been received by the respondents.

3.Hence, the petitioner is directed to furnish a fresh copy of the complaint dated 12.01.2015 in person to the second respondent, who shall deal with the same in accordance with law.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
