This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.10 of 2020 initiated by the Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Cell, District Crime Branch, Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent on instructions submitted that the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2020 is completed and final report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy in C.C.No.36 of 2023. 2/4

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
