The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he prayed for a speedy trial of the trial in C.C.No.232 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagarcoil. 2.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagarcoil is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No. 232 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
