ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.G5/054004/4133/GDB/2017, dated 15.12.2017 is pending. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three months by way of registering the case or close the enquiry as no prima facie case made out.
