This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.179 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli.

2. This Court has already disposed this Appeal Suit vide order dated 13.06.2024 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No. 179 of 2009 within a period of three months. Now the Court below requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 21.05.2025, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the suit in O.S.No.179 of 2009 and it is made clear that no further time will be granted by this Court.
